At the Parktherme 24-hours swimming in Bad Radkersburg this year's swimming was again for a good cause. There were 450 swimmers from 8 nations, including numerous celebrities from sports, society and entertainment. With 130,000 floated lengths go together with a special funding of the sponsors € 10,000 to light in the dark. The victory was won for the third time in a row by the Styrian defending champion Claudia Müller with an incredible 70 kilometers and Mario Kainz with 67 kilometers. Professional and amateur swimmers have covered 83,750 kilometers since the beginning of the Parktherme 24-hours swimming in 2005. This corresponds to a donation of just under 120,000 euros for a good cause!
