"Simply honest – grounded, regional, vital“ – that is the motto and promise of the Parktherme. Fairly traded, largely regional, seasonal, fresh products and the integration of slow food aspects are important to us; that is what we stand for. We refine products from our volcanic country such as Styrian chicken, Almo beef, Weiz trout or pork of "Steirerglück" with wild garlic, asparagus or pumpkin – depending on the gifts of each season. This philosophy lends the new Parktherme its „taste“ - be it in the restaurants „Fontäne“ and „Mehrblick“, the self-service restaurant „Castello“ or the new gourmet bar.
