Movement in the active forum
Strength, endurance, coordination, mobility and speed training are brought closer to the guests in an original and motivating way.
On the ergometer and on the treadmill, our guests can experience the sports on offer in the form of moving discovery trips in and around the region of Bad Radkersburg. For example, you can go on a cycle tour to the wine region of Klöch, Tieschen and Straden or take a walking tour through the unique Mur and the floodplain - no matter what the weather.
Sports & information
In the active forum we also offer information about activity (movement) and regeneration (relaxation) and illustrate Bad Radkersburg's many years of competence in movement.
We also offer multivisual and close-up activity trips with people who have moved and moved - from Ilse Buck to the X-Box. Interactive sports with Markus Strini, among others, on the main motor forms of stress - strength, endurance, coordination, mobility and speed - are the focus of these activities.
