What is an
infrared sauna?
An infrared heat cabin is a good alternative to the usual sauna. Unlike, for example, in the Finnish sauna, the body is not heated by means of hot room air, but via a pleasant infrared radiation. Only when the body is hit, it is locally warmed up by the infrared radiation. Our blood circulation and lymphatic system are responsible for distributing the heat to the entire body in the infrared sauna.
In an infrared heat cabin you will experience a pleasant warm sensation, deep relaxation and an intense but beneficial sweating. Compared to other saunas, the air temperature of an infrared heat cabin remains at a lower level of about 45 degrees. This promotes comfortable breathing and has a more circulatory-friendly effect.
A visit to the infrared heat cabin is particularly suitable for relieving muscle tension or for joint and rheumatic disorders, as well as for the prevention of heart and circulatory problems. Another positive effect of the infrared heat cabin is the detoxification of the body. The pleasant heat increases the elasticity of our vessels and lymphatic channels, and the healthy sweating detoxifies and purifies the entire body.
